Ari Davis
Arianna "Ari" Davis is the founder and CEO of STRIPT, an inclusive women's apparel brand dedicated to stylish, high-quality pieces that flatter every figure. The idea for STRIPT began when Ari noticed a gap in the market for the perfect bodysuit—so she designed it herself. Since launching in 2020, she has remained hands-on, overseeing design, model casting, campaigns, and daily operations, ensuring STRIPT reflects her vision. Through her work with STRIPT, Ari worked closely with Goodwill to spearhead their first ever brand collaboration championing sustainability and accessibility for shoppers. Bianca Stacey
Bianca Stacey is a Senior UX Designer on Amazon’s Shopping Design team, where she designs features that enhance the customer shopping journey on Amazon’s mobile app. Over her eight-year tenure at Amazon, she has created internal tools that assist customer service associates, customer-facing features that streamline returns, and shopping features that help customers explore, discover and purchase products on Amazon. Bianca also mentors early-career designers and women transitioning into tech from other fields. Beyond her work in UX design, she is the Founder and Creative Director of Mahogany Coast Swim, a women's swimwear brand specializing in elevated, fashion-forward one-piece swimwear.
Bianca holds a degree from Northwestern University and has also studied at Parsons, The New School for Design, and the Fashion Institute of Technology in New York City.

Chrissauna Vigilance
Founder and CEO of CSV New York, Chrissauna Vigilance is a Brooklyn native, who serves with one purpose: celebrating femininity through color and design. Starting her early career in building the confidence of women around the world, Chrissauna has aided in the innovation of color cosmetics and beauty campaigns at MAC and various brands within the L’Oreal Group.

With over 10 years of experience in strategy, brand management, and digital marketing, I am a global marketing leader who is passionate about the intersection of technology and commerce in high-growth markets. I lead marketing at Sienna Naturals, a plant-based, dermatologist-tested, and proven haircare brand designed for textured hair and co-owned by Issa Rae and Hannah Diop. I previously led marketing for BLK/OPL and Fashion Fair Cosmetics, two beauty brands that celebrate the legacy of Black women and are formulated especially for multicultural consumers.
In my previous roles at Unilever, I managed global brand marketing for Sundial Brands, a portfolio of natural and multicultural hair and skincare products, in 10+ markets. I also led brand marketing and strategy for SheaMoisture and Madam CJ Walker, two iconic and innovative brands that cater to diverse and underserved consumers. I spearheaded the launch of Sundial Brands in Africa, expanding the reach and impact of the company's mission and vision. Additionally, I co-founded and headed marketing and operations for Black Tech Women, a community and platform that supports and connects Black women in the tech industry.
