Why Galentines
Even though 83% of fashion designers are women, more than half of womenswear brands are managed by men. MEFeater organizes our annual fashion show during Galentine’s to empower, honor, and raise awareness for women designers.
Shop Women
We started Shop Women to bring commerce to the event, showcase more designers, and provide a platform for upcoming brands to display their creativity. Our aim is to increase brand visibility and boost sales for smaller businesses.
The Musical Show
There couldn't be a MEFeater event without a musical performer, as the "M" in MEFeater stands for music. Similarly, to how we exhibit our designers and brands, we want to feature and bring awareness to female talent in the music industry.
The Experience
From Shop Women to the Galentines Runway to Club Pink (where industry meets culture), we aim to uplift, empower, create opportunities, and network with brands, talents, and creators. We want to encapsulate brilliance in a dynamic setting.
